ข้อแตกต่างระหว่างรุ่น Softlock ,Dongle, Network Version
GStarCAD รุ่น Softlock จะทำการลงทะเบียน License ที่เครื่องที่ติดตั้งโปรแกรมเท่านั้น
GStarCAD รุ่น Dongle Version (Hardlock) License จะอยู่ที่ USB Dongle สามารถย้าย License โดยการถอด USB Dongle ไปเสียบในเครื่องที่
ได้ติดตั้ง GStarCAD อื่นก็สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้ทันที ส่วน GStarCAD ที่ถอด Dongle ออก GStarCAD จะกลายเป็นรุ่น Trial ทันที
GStarCAD รุ่น Network Version จะมี USB Dongle ที่กำหนดจำนวน License GStarCAD คอมพิวเตอร์ตัวหลัก
และติดตั้ง GStarCAD ในเครื่องอื่นๆ ได้ไม่จำกัด แต่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามจำนวน License เท่านั้น ทั้งนี้หากเครื่องตัวหลัก ต้องการใช้งาน GStarCAD ก็สามารถทำได้ แต่จะนับเป็น License เข้าใช้งานด้วย
